Excited birders April Middleman, Marie Monsen, Linda Headley, Betty Cash, Helen Laughlin, Helen Guzman, John & Mary Curlew and Rick & Nancy Blanchett headed off to Panama and the world's famous Canopy Tower. Despite the tree top dining and free wine we identified 263 species in 6 days. Rare higlights include a Great Potoo, Pheasant Cuckoo, White-whiskered Puffbird, Ocellated Antbird, and Blue Cotinga. We got a surprise trip to the cool Mountain Lodge at El Valle to add 92 species in one day. Check out the slide show on the panama page.
