Growing up in Seattle Ann hiked, biked, skied, sailed & kayaked but did not BIRD watch. It took the Painted Buntings in her Fort Lauderdale yard to get her hooked. She now works with an eco-tourism company in South Florida showing off Florida's wonderful, unique eco-systems and awesome wildlife to guests from around the world. And works to protect habitat, starting with her own back yard.

While birding south Florida enjoy (and rest at) our tropical, breezy, riverfront Bed and Breakfast with it's Painted Buntings, Spot-breasted Orioles and Ruby-throated hummingbirds, nestled in lush, native vegetation. Located 5 minutes west of downtown Fort Lauderdale and the beaches with easy access to birding to the north, west and south. Can accommodate up to two. Private entrance and bath.
